Special Ed Rules! (SER!) receives only personal information that club members provide when registering which includes an email address and an alternate contact method.

SER! does not sell or share personal information about its users to any third party.

SER! is used to gather broad demographic information for site development. SER! may release general information, such as website statistics, but no individual identifiable information would utilized.

SER! does not handle any credit card or other financial information. Payment is handled through PayPal and club members should review the PayPal privacy policy as well.

SER! may have links to other sites. SER! is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

SER! provides the opportunity for club members to opt-out of receiving communications from us. Opt-out option is at the bottom of Members' Welcome page and the bottom of each monthly newsletter.

SER! reserves the right to change or update these terms.
