As a Member of The Club, you agree:
- To pay $39.95 for a one-year membership to the Members Only area. Renewal memberships will be $10 a year.
- That the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of immediate web-access and the ability to download materials.
- Not to sell, distribute, or provide access to other individuals the materials within the Members Only area.
- Not to share your password and access with others who have not joined The Club.
- Not to copy/paste PLEPs into individual student IEPs.
- That there is no guarantee of full compliance, as these materials have not been reviewed or approved by any State agency.
- That in no event, is Special Ed Rules! or its creators liable for any damages, claims, warranties or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect or incidental damages.
