Nancy J. Spiegel Rosman has over twenty years experience in special education. After 18 years in the classroom, she became a state special education compliance monitor for the Division of Compliance and Assistance at the Minnesota Department of Education (then CFL). She was instrumental in the implementation of the Minnesota Continuous Improvement Monitoring Process as an alternative to traditional monitoring.
Nancy currently owns her own consulting firm, Special Ed Rules!. Over 25,000 special educators have attended her workshops with an overall satisfaction rate of 4.8 (5.0 scale) since October 2001.
She has been recognized nationally for her teaching skills and has presented at state and national conferences. Her enthusiasm and commitment to special education empowers and encourages those with whom she works.
